Welcome to this exciting new community that has come from my heart.
We are all too stuck in the 'glorification of busy-ness', people pleasing, fear of failure - but for real reasons as we were shaped like this growing up.
This evenings celebration is to introduce the unique experience of how to govern your very own mind and nervous system - that up to now have helped you survive, but has also kept you feeling stuck - exhausted by endless searching for self improvement through motivation, social pressure and 'achievement' myths.
You are not going crazy.
It is not your fault.
Maybe your nervous system is not needing to feel calm..... Maybe it wants to feel alive.
