About Empower

My name is Eva Mc Alea and I am the owner of Empower.

My personal experience and recovery after Coercive Control and Family Scapegoat Abuse, has taught me so much more about my authentic self and how to stop 'Keeping the Peace' and instead how to 'Protect my Peace'. I have also over 20 years trauma informed therapist / professional experience and want to support you through your personal journey towards a life that you deserve, free and at peace. I have designed a 1:1 4 part Programme as well as counselling both online and face to face. I am also a Level 2 Breathwork Coach.
